User Accounts

We will create user logins for you and your staff. Each user will be assigned to an access level depending on their roles and responsibilities.

Security Settings

User rights and system configuration are tailored to your needs. This includes user switching between sales & preventing cashiers from performing discounts or returns.

smart re-ordering

Automate your stock ordering by letting us configure your ‘low stock’ levels and reorder quantities to help prevent stock outs and streamline the ordering process.

Custom receipts

Custom receipt layouts are created with your company logo and branding. Invoices for office use, or Quotation templates are also created when required.

Shortcut Keys

Fast moving items, or products that are tricky to barcode will be added to your Quick Keys screen. These are then intuitively colour coded and allocated into folders.

Loyalty Program

Keep customers coming back and boost retention rates using Vend’s loyalty system. We’ll help build your loyalty offering and redemption scheme.

Product list

Your list of products is mapped and imported with special attention to categorization and product tagging to best suit your reporting requirements.

Customer List

Your list of existing customers will be imported into Vend, will all their relevant details and VAT numbers mapped to custom fields where relevant.

Supplier List

Your supplier list is loaded and products allocated accordingly to ensure accurate stock orders. Suppliers can then be emailed new orders directly from Vend.

Discount structures

Specific price lists and customer groups are created to allow you to provide discounted pricing for loyal customers or bulk discounts for wholesale clients.

Advanced Reporting

Over and above Vends built in suit of reports, we make use of smart tagging and detailed product categorization to produce customized reporting.

Multi Locations

If your business has multiple branches, each location is setup with it’s own stock holding. Inter-branch transfers can be performed to centrally distribute stock.
